Safe Canning

I have canned/bottled fruit in the past and I am doing so again this year. There are so many recipes out there- some are recent and some are decades old. However, you must be very careful when canning. You can get very sick if you do not can your foods properly. I was looking for a peach recipe today & I called our county's extension service. They referred me to the USDA Canning Guide. It is a great source of information. I am so glad that I found it and thought I would share the info with yall as well.
