Ranger Cookies

Yummy! You have to make these cookies! They are delicious!
Alright, so here are the ingredients:
Brown Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Oatmeal, Rice Krispies, Coconut, and Chocolate Chips. (After I started making these I realized that the recipe didn't ask for Chocolate Chips....Seriously are you joking! I added mini Chocolate Chips.)

First cream 2 Cups of Brown Sugar, 1 Cup of Butter and 2 Beaten Eggs.
It will look like this!
Next add 2 1/2 Cups of flour, 2 tsp. Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda, 1 scant tsp. Salt, 2 Cups Oatmeal, 2 Cups Rice Krispies, 1 Cup Coconut, 1-1 1/2 C. Chocolate Chips, and mix until well blended.
Here is where I added the Mini Chocolate Chips. Mmmmm....

Drop tablespoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Put them into a Preheated 350 degree oven and bake them for about 14-15 minutes.

And here they are!! Mmmm.... I halved this recipe and it made 3 dozen, so a full batch will make 6 dozen, that's enough to last a day. Enjoy!!
Ranger Cookies
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Scant tsp. Salt
1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Oatmeal
2 Eggs, Beaten
2 Cups Rice Krispies
2 ½ Cups Flour
1 Cup Coconut
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1-1 ½ Chocolate Chips
½ tsp. Baking Soda
1 Cup Nuts, chopped (Optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream the sugar, butter, and eggs. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 14-15 min. Makes dozen.
