BBQ Mesquite Ribs

These ribs are so easy and so good. I usually wait until the ribs go on sale at Albertson's and then stock up. Let's get grilling...

Here are the ingredients:
Pork Loin Ribs (this was about 2.5 lbs.), McCormick Mesquite Marinade, Olive Oil and water
Thaw the ribs and then cut in half so that they will fit into a large ziploc bag. In the ziploc bag mix your marinade, mix it well. Then add your ribs to the bag, squish it around a little so that every piece of meat can soak in the marinade. Then let it marinade for a few hours, I usually let it sit over night and then the rest of the next day. I also turn it over the next morning, so that both sides get to soak. When it's dinner time heat up the gril and BBQ the ribs.

And this is what you'll get. Don't they look delicious. And how hard was that??? Just don't let anyone know it's that easy. Enjoy!!
(Mike these are what you could have had for your birthday...sorry, your loss. haha)

BBQ Mesquite Ribs

2-3lbs. Pork Loin Back Ribs
McCormick Mesquite Marinade Mix
Depending on the Marinade mix you may need Olive oil and Water.

Thaw the Ribs and then cut in half. Mix the marinade in a large Ziploc bag and then add your ribs. Make sure the marinade covers the ribs. Marinade over night or at least 6-8 hours. Make sure to turn the bag over after a few hours so all of the meat gets to soak in the marinade. After it’s marinated for awhile, heat up the BBQ and cook until done. Enjoy.
