How to use coupons

Over the next week or so I am going to be posting under the new category 'how to use coupons'. I am going to post info for all you newbies who need help. I will post info on organizing your coupons; general info that you need to know; info on how to make the most of sales; etc.
I am also going to work on adding a coupon swap category. I know that there are several people who I know and that my sisters know who are new to using coupons. Many have suggested a coupon swap and I think it is a great idea.
If anyone has questions or needs help with a grocery list or would like me to go shopping with them to help them, just let me know. I am more than happy to help.

Ads for 7/1/09

If you find other great deals for this week, feel free to share them by commenting to this post.
This weeks ad has a few items that are a fairly good price. I am going to list the item, the sale price and coupon, if there is one, in parenthesis. If the coupons can be found online I will provide a link to the coupon as well.
For those of you who live in Utah you can follow this link to the pinching your pennies forum.
http://www.pinchingyourpennies.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=62 Scroll down until you see the Albertsons preview or Maceys preview or the Albertsons ad or Maceys ad. If you click on one of those you will find a link to a shopping list. These shopping lists will rate each item in the ad. They rate items on a scale of 1 to 5 stars with 5 being a super hot deal. If you dont know what is or isnt a good deal you can use their scales to help you. Some items are very rarely a 5 star while others will be on sale with a 5 star rating frequently.
I think I found the forum for Idaho. Here is the link: http://www.pinchingyourpennies.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=30

Tonight for dinner we're having shish ka bobs. Mmmmm...I love these things. This is how our Mother always made hers, it's really easy and good.

Onions, cut into quarters
Bell Peppers- Cut into about 1" pieces
Cherry Tomatoes
Meat- I usually use the 'Beef for Stew' from the store, because it is already cut up in the right size pieces, but you can use any kind of steak you want.
Chicken- cut into pieces
Italian Dressing
Skewers- soak in water to prevent burning

I have tried this with Squash, Pineapple, Mushrooms, etc. You can put any veggies on that you want. Tonight we're just doing Chicken, Steak, Onions and bell peppers, my hubby doesn't really like all the other stuff. I used 3 onions and 3 bell peppers and about 3 lbs. of beef and a few pieces of chicken breasts.

So...Cut up all of your meat and veggies (You can cut them as big as you want, just make sure that they aren't too small or else they will break when you put them on the skewers.) Put your Meat in a ziploc bag, your chicken in another, your onions in another one, so on and so on. Onions Add the Italian Dressing to each bag (this is your marinade, I usually use about one bottle to each bag.) Let them marinate for a few hours in the fridge. (Most of the time I let them marinate over night, but I didn't this time.)

About an hour before you plan to eat get all of your veggies and meats out of the fridge. Now it's time to assemble the shish ka bobs. This is going to get a little messy, but it's worth it. Now all you have to do is slide each ingredient onto a skewer. I usually do it in a pattern, and someone once told me to always have an onion next to your meat. I don't really know if it makes a difference, but oh well.

After all of your shish ka bobs are assembled fire up the grill and cook them until done.

OFF Repellent Clip On

This is on sale until tomorrow also at our albertson's and in the newpaper their was a $2 off coupon for the clip on itself and then if you go to the Off website like it tells you on tv you get a coupon for buy a clip on get a refill free which saves you 3.99 plus the 2 dollars off coupon which comes to 5.99 in savings!! I read the thing on the OFF product and what it is, is a fan that blows the repellent for up to 12 hours so you can turn it on and OFF, a little pun intended there! It just says use within 14 days of opening the repellent package and the refill comes with 2 refills so that should last you for a while because you shouldn't need it more than 1 hour or 2 hours at most a day!! So last aproximately 36 days!! So pretty good!!

Eggo Bake Shop Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops!!

At our Albertson's the Eggo Bake Shop Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops are on clearance for 2.19 and if you go online and get a coupon for them I found $1 off one box and I printed it 4 times so I ended up buying 4 boxes for 4.76 dollars and they are regular price like 3 something I believe so that is pretty good for a quick breakfast idea!! Haven't tried them yet but John even took a box to his office for a quick breakfast!! Also if you haven't used your cheese coupon that is $1 off online use it before tomorrow because Tillamook Cheese is 5.99 right now and it is regular priced 7.49 and then the dollar off and if you double that coupon with the Albertson's Twice the Value or whatever it is called you get the cheese for 3.99 which is a dang good deal!!

Kool-Aid on sale!!

Hey there is a little stand at our Albertson's that has Kool-Aid envelopes advertised for 10/$1 but then there is a coupon on the top of it buy 10 get 2 free so they end up being 8 cents a piece which is cheaper than Wal-Mart!!

LaVictoria Contest

Last week in the newspaper coupons there was a lavictoria coupon and info on a contest. I just entered the contest and signed up for their rewards. When you purchase participating lavictoria products and enter the code that is found on them, you will earn points. You can redeem your rewards for coupons. They are also having a sweepstakes/contest and are giving away prizes. Just for creating an account you get a chance to win. The info that was in the coupons also had a code on it. I entered the code and earned 16 points which is enough for a $.50 off coupon!
You can find info at http://www.lavicrewards.com/. The rewards code that was on my coupon info is A127F943X649C8.

Albertsons Double Coupons

There are 3Albertsons double coupons in todays newspaper. There are also 2 group sales in this week's ads. 'Group sales' is my name for sales that you have to buy a certain number or amount of product to get the sales price. Group sales can be confusing so I am going to show an example of what I am going to purchase tomorrow for these sales.
My first order will be:
12 General Mills cereals (I have 2 coupons that are good for $2 off 5 boxes-these coupons were catalinas that I received from 2 purchases within the last few weeks. I also have a $1 off 2 boxes which I will also use.)
If you dont have the same catalinas that I do there are several websites that have General Mills coupons right now. Here are a few: http://www.eatbetteramerica.com/default2.aspx has $1 off 2 boxes and http://www.boxtops4education.com/Coupons/ has $1 off 2 boxes, $.55 off Reeses Puffs and $.55 off Lucky Charms. Usually the sites will let you print each coupon twice which would be 4 coupons for $1 off 2 and 2 Reeses and 2 Lucky Charms which equals 12 boxes. You may still have coupons from the newspapers as well.
My total will be 12 x $2.49 = 29.88 - $5 (my coupons) - $3 (my 3 double coupons-they will give me up to $1 off for each double coupon) = $21.88.
I will receive 4 coupons for free milk at checkout.
My next purchase will be:
4 gallons of milk = $6.64
produce = $10
2 oscar mayer hot dogs-on sale = $1.96
Epic Sale Items
1 Raisin Bran = 1.99
1 jet dry = $3.99
1 electrosol = $3.99
7 Mac n Cheeses = $7
My total will be $35.57 - $5 for the epic sale = $30.57
The coupons I will use are - $18 (4 free milk coupons) - $1 ($1 off $10 of produce coupon in Albertsons ad) - $1 (oscar mayer hot dogs) - $1 (Raisin Bran) - $.75 (Electrosol) - $.40 (jet dry) - $1 (Mac n Cheese) = $7.42! Now if I use 3 more double coupons, my total would be $4.42!!!
My albertsons store will only let you use 3 double coupons per shopping trip and they can get rude about it so my plan is to go in the morning and purchase my first order and then take the kids to a park nearby or run other errands for a half an hour or so and then go back and purchase my second order. But even if you only have 3 double coupons you are still getting a fairly good deal.
My Raisin Bran coupon is from online and I dont know if it is still available but you could purchase something else instead. If you have 2 mac n cheese coupons you could purchase another mac n cheese instead and then you would have 8 boxes which is what you need to use both coupons.
Remember when using double coupons be sure to tell your cashier to use them for $1 off coupons.
If you havent printed or used the online milk coupons now is a great time to use them. You can find them at http://www.grocerysmarts.com/ group a.

I scream for Ice Cream!

I found a coupon for $1 off any quart of blue bunny ice cream at https://www.bluebunny.com/iScreamTeam/Coupons/Coupons.aspx.

Online Coupons

There are several websites where you can find coupons online. I have been a little more selective in the ones that I use because I know that there is a lot of fraud in online coupons. Most of the sites I frequent are the manufacturers sites or the companies that print the Sunday paper coupons, such as redplum.
There are 3 companies that print the Sunday paper coupons in my area. The links are below:
[Grocerysmarts usually has redplums coupons on their site.]
Coupons.com is another site that has alot of the same coupons as the previous 3 sites.
Below are the manufacturers websites that I have accounts with. Whenever there is a sale on something that I use and I dont have a coupon, I will try to find the manufacturers website and see if they offer a coupon. You will need to create an account with most of these but they will send you extra coupons via email. To keep my inbox from getting bombarded with emails, I created an email account specificially for my coupons.
Blue Bunny
Idahoan Potatoes
Mission Tortillas
>Recipe For Togetherness
Duncan Hines
Land o Lakes
Hidden Valley
These are just a few..I am always finding new ones and will post new sites when I come across them.
Each week as I look over the ads I will check the major sites such as redplum & grocerysmarts to see what coupons they have and if there is a pillsbury or General Mills product on sale, I will look at their site as well.

Dyson Vacuum Giveaway!!

I have been wanting one of these vacuums since I heard about them! Go to this link to be entered in the Dyson Transformers Giveaway http://mominthecity.com/wp/2009/06/22/dyson-dc25-transformers-2-vacuum-giveaway/

Albertsons ad for 6/24

Chex cereal $2 each (I had a coupon for $.75 off 1-the coupon was in the paper a few weeks ago.)
Lunchables $1
Free Milk! Buy 3 General Mills cereals and receive 1 free gallon of milk up to $4.50. I purchased 9 cereals and received 3 coupons at checkout. Be sure to buy the right cereal. Double check price and size. I had coupons for Lucky Charms and Resses Puffs that I found online several weeks ago. I know that the Reeses Puffs coupon is still available at http://www.grocerysmarts.com/. The Lucky Charms one may be there as well. I also had 2 coupons for $1 off 3 boxes of cereal. I found those online several weeks ago as well. Look through the grocerysmarts website for those as well.
Malt o Meal cereal Buy 2 and get 1 free. There is a coupon available at http://www.grocerysmarts.com/utah/lists/indexg84rcm.php?a84lb2. It only let me print it once.
The Epic Sale is ..receive $5 off when you purchase 10 items. Some of the things that are included in the sale that I have coupons for are:
Heinz 57 Sauce ($1 off 1)
Dannon Light & Fit ($1 off 2)
Kelloggs cereals (I dont have coupons anymore but you may)
Kraft Miracle Whip or Mayo ($1 or $.75 off 1)
Weber Grinders ($.50 off 1)
Electrosol ($.75 off 1)
I bought 8 Kraft Mac n Cheese, 1 Tilamook 2# cheese block &1 Poptart.
For the Mac n Cheese, I used coupon from online - you can find the coupon http://www.grocerysmarts.com/utah/lists/indexg84rcm.php?a84lb2. Scroll down until you see the items for the epic sale and then find the Mac n cheese coupon link. It let me print the coupon twice. For the cheese, I used the $.75 off 2#s of cheese from online & for the poptarts, I used a $.55 off 1 in newspaper a few wks ago.
So..I bought the 10 epic sale items, 2 chex cereals, 3 malt of meal cereals, 9 GM cereals and some other things that I needed. I used a coupon for $5 off a $80 purchase. I received the coupon in the mail from Albertsons. Be sure to sign up at Albertsons.com to receive your own coupons via mail. I used my other coupons and my 2 double coupons that were in the ad so I used almost $24 in coupons. That included the $5 epic sale rebate. I also received my 3 free milk coupons.
You must use the free milk coupons on your next order but my store lets me make a purchase immediately after the first so that is what i did. Since I had the coupon for $5 off a purchase of $80 or more, I told the cashier to stop my order once I reached $80. I made sure to put the items for the epic sale and the 3 malt o meals and the 9 General Mills cereals and anything else that had to be purchased in groups at the beginning so that they would be included in my $80 purchase. When we reached $80, I gave her my $5 off coupon and then my other coupons. After we finished that purchase she rang up my second purchase.
For my second purchase I bought
1 kens dressing (on sale for $2 - a $1 off 1 coupon)
2 packs of gum
1 candy bar
1 pack of trix yogurt ($.40 off 1)
4 Dannon Yogurt (found $.75 off 4 coupon online, I think you should be able to find it on the same list as the mac n cheese and malt o meal coupons)
Pert Plus ($1 off 1) &
3 gallons of milk (I purchase the milk that was on sale for 3 for $5)
I used my coupons ($3.15) plus the 3 milk coupons ($13.50) and my total was $3.77!
The trick is to remember that the free milk coupons are good for $4.50 off your purchase and not for just the price of the milk. The milk I purchased was $1.67 a gallon but I received $4.50 off per gallon!
I also received a catalina (a coupon that prints at checkout) for $.75 off 1 box of Honey bunches of oats and a coupon for $2 off a purchase of 5 General Mills cereals. I also received 4 catalinas for $8 off a purchase of $100 or more. These are good for the next few weeks.
You could use the General Mills coupon next week to buy 6 more general mills cereals. 6 boxes would cost $14.94 - $2=$12.94. You would receive 2 coupons for free milk which would equal $9 off your milk purchase. Not bad!!
You could save another $.50 or so if you have another coupon for a single box of cereal.

I have decided I really really like how alot of the recipe websites/blogs have pictures for each recipe, sooo... as soon as we move into our house I will post some pictures on here.

Banana Cookies

If you're sick of making banana bread with over ripe bananas try these. This came from my Mother-in-law.

3/4 C. Shortening
3/4 C. Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 C. Flour
2 mashed over ripe bananas

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Drop on a greased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown on the bottom

Now for the frosting!!

6 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. cream, evaporated milk or regular milk
4 tbsp. butter
Combine all ingredients into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Then add
1 tsp. vanilla
Add powdered sugar until it is spreading consistency

I have never made these but I have eaten them when Kathy makes them. They are really really good! Enjoy!
- Sorry I don't know how long to bake them or how many they make. I will have to test it out and see!

Mrs. Field's Cheesecake Brownie Cups

When I had my little girl, my Mom came up to visit. While she was here we went to a deli and for dessert we had some really really good cheesecake brownie cups. A couple of weeks ago I was searching online and found this recipe, soooo good!!!

Mrs. Field's Cheesecake Brownie Cups
12 Servings

Cream Cheese Filling
3 tbsp. soft butter
2 (3 oz.) packages of cream cheese, softened
1/3 C. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Brownie Cupcake Batter
2 C. Sugar
1 1/4 C. Flour
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 C. Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. vanilla

For cream cheese filling, mix all ingredients together, blend well and set aside.

For brownies, mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Reserve 1/2 C. of brownie batter for topping cream cheese mixture. Line 12 muffin cups with paper cupcake liners. Fill cups 1/2 full, then spoon cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter until the cup is 3/4 full. Top with a scant teaspoon of brownie batter.
Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until done.

When I made these I tried some with a brownie mix. It worked, but I probably should have cooked them a little longer because they stuck to the cupcake liner, but they were still good. I also did some of them a little different. Instead of putting some brownie batter on the top I just filled the cup with a little more batter and then just put cream cheese on top and pressed it down a little and left it like that. I also saw someone who swirled the brownie and the cheesecake filling. Anyway they are delicious. Enjoy!!

Yummy Recipes!!!

Ok. So finally, here are some recipes that I have found. My friend told me about this website because of all of her free fonts, but when I visited her site I found something even better...wonderful and easy recipes! Not only does she give you these wonderful recipes, she also shows step by step pictures of each recipe. You have to visit this website: http://www.kevinandamanda.com/

Alfredo Tortellini
1 (8 ounce) pkg. cheese tortellini
1 C. of ham, diced (I have never tried it with ham, I always use it with chicken)
(8 oz.) Cream cheese
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix (I usually only put 1/2 a package in. I tried it with one whole
package and it was a little too strong for me.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. Milk
1/2 Stick of butter

Add tortellini to a large pot of boiling salted water and let cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a skillet to medium heat. Add the cream cheese, butter, cream of chicken, Italian dressing mix, and milk and stir until smooth. Once smooth, add in the ham (or cooked chicken) and stir to coat. After the tortellini finishes boiling, drain, and then add to the cream sauce. Stir to evenly coat and serve warm. Enjoy!!!
We just made this last night, because it's so quick and easy. I didn't have anything planned and I had a meeting to get to. If you use chicken just season and cook your chicken and then cut it up. And then use the same skillet to make your cream sauce. Definitely try this recipe!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu
I have made this once and it was sooooo good! The sauce that goes on top is delicious! Mmmm...now I wish I had made this tonight! This is also from http://www.kevinandamanda.com/

1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3 slices Swiss Cheese
3 slices Ham
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. paprika
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 C. Chicken Broth
1 tsp. Chicken bouillon granules

Cream Sauce
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream

Place a cheese and ham slice on each breast within 1/2 inch of the edges. Fold the tenderloin flap of the chicken breast over the filling and secure with toothpicks. Mix the flour and paprika in a small bowl, and coat the chicken on all sides. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until browned on all sides. Add the broth and bouillon. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Remove the toothpicks, and transfer the breasts to a warm platter. Blend the cornstarch with the cream in a small bowl, and whisk slowly into the skillet. Cook, stirring until thickened, and pour over the chicken. Serve warm.

Roasted Carrots
I just made these on Sunday to go with a roast. This is a really simple side dish, but very tasty!

4 carrots per person, cut into about 1" pieces
3-4 Cups of liquid chicken or beef broth

Preheat oven to 400. Place carrots in a glass baking dish and cover with liquid. Season with Rosemary and Thyme. Roast in the oven for at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!!

Atkinsons Ad

The Atkinson's ad for this week is similar to our Macey's ad. One of you need to ask if they accept online coupons. And remember they offer double coupons on Monday and Tuesday.
Here are a few things that stick out to me:
General Mills cereals for $1.97 (you can find coupons online at grocerysmarts and maybe some of the other sites)
corn on cob for 3 for $1 (better price than albertsons)
2# western family cheddar cheese for $4.99
marie callendar croutons for $1.79
eggs for $1.19
butter for $1.99
milk for $1.97
oreos for $2.50
tony's pizza for $2
hidden valley ranch for $2.88 (Walmart most likely is cheaper and there is a coupon for $1.50 off 2 at hidden valley.com (print it twice))
solo plates, cups, etc for $2.49 (there was a coupon in the paper a few weeks ago)
bandaids for $2.49 (coupon in ad for $1 off any item in the drug store + there was a coupon in the newspaper several weeks ago)

Albertsons ad

There are a few good deals in this week's Albertsons ad. There are 3 different group sales and a few individual products on sale as well.

First is the Congra sale..if you spend $25, you will get $10 off your next purchase.
You must spend the $25 in one purchase. You can find everything that is included in the sale & more info on the back page of the ad at the bottom. It includes hunts spaghetti sauce, ketchup, tomatoes, chef boyardee, kid cuisine, danimals yogurt, marie callendar products, pam and wesson oil and orville redenbacher popcorn.
I use hunts spaghetti sauce & ketchup so I always stock up on those when they offer this sale.
Today I got 10 spaghetti sauces, 6 ketchups, 2 wesson oil, and 3 chef Boyardee pastas. I had coupons for the chef Boyardee pastas. The coupons were in the newspaper at the end of May. I spent $25-$.35 (the chef boyardee coupon)=$24.65. I received a coupon for $10 off your next purchase.
The second group sale is the Dreyers ice cream sale. If you buy 4 items, you get $4 off your next shopping order. You can find info on the sale on the 5th page of the ad at the top. It includes dreyers 1.5 qt. ice cream, dibs, eskimo pie, skinny cow, fruit bars or nestle drumsticks.
I bought 2 eskimo pie 6 ct and 2 eskimo pie butterfinger 12 ct. I had 2 coupons for $1 off 2 products. The coupons were in the newspaper a month or so ago and then again this past Sunday. I spent $10 - $2= $8. I received a coupon for $4 off your next purchase.
You can also sign up at drumsticks website to receive a $1 off coupon. Here is the link: http://www.drumstick.com/promotions/coupon.aspx.
The third group sale is the Sara Lee/Ball Park sale. If you purchase 5 items from the list, you will receive $5 off instantly. You can find info on the sale on the 4th page of the ad at the bottom left. The list includes sara lee bread, ball park products, hillshire farm products, state fair corn dogs, and jimmy dean products.
I bought 2 ball park hot dogs and 3 sara lee white whole grain bread. I had a $1 off of 2 coupon for the hot dogs. The hot dogs were $3 and the bread was $2. I spent $12 - $1 (coupon) - $5 (instant savings) = $6. If you cant find anything on the list that you use or have coupons for, consider buying 5 sara lee breads. You would spend $10 - $5 (instant savings) = $5. That is $1.25 a loaf. That is a good price!
I made 2 separate purchases today so I was able to use my $10 off coupon & my $4 off coupon.
For my first purchase, I bought
the stuff for the congra sale, the dreyers sale and the sara lee/ball park sale &
twizzlers for $1.67,
4 ronzoni smart taste pasta for $1.25 each (I had coupons for $1 off of 2-the coupons were in the newspaper several weeks ago),
1 dozen eggs for $.99,
3 albertsons butter for $1.79 (with coupon in ad) &
4 old orchard frozen concentrated juice for $1.33 (I had a coupon for $1 off of 4).
You can find the coupon online at http://grocerysmarts.com/man.html. Scroll down until you see the Save $1.00 on Old Orchard 12 oz frozen juice concentrates. Click and print.
My total was right over $60. I had a coupon for $6 off a $60 purchase that albertsons sent me. I used that and my other coupons and my total came to $50.49 with tax. I also received my 2 coupons for $10 and $4.
For my second purchase, I bought
produce for about $15 (there is a coupon for $1 off when you spend $10 on produce in the ad)
Watermelon is on sale for $.29 a pound
10# of potatoes are on sale for $1.99 &
Corn on the cob is on sale for 2 for $1.
I also bought
1 tropicana orange juice for $2.50 (I had a coupon for $1 off),
2 albertsons biscuits for $1.50 each,
1 Kelloggs mini wheat bite size for $2.50 (I had a albertsons coupon for $1 off).
I used my $10 and my $4 coupons as well as the $1 off produce coupon & the other 2 coupons and my total was $6.92.
I used about $35 worth of coupons although my receipts say I saved $85 in total savings.

Kelloggs cereals are on sale as well but I have already used my coupons so I decided not to buy any. If you buy 3 boxes of cereal you will receive $3 off instantly or they will cost $1.99 each. There were several coupons in the newspaper a few weeks ago. They are good for $1 off 1 box of cereal. There are several places online where you can print some as well. http://coupons.redplum.com/GrocerySmarts/ has 2 coupons. $1.50 off of 2 boxes & $1 off Raisin Bran extra. If you buy any kelloggs cereals be sure to buy them in groups of 3. If you were to buy 5 boxes, you would receive 3 boxes at the $1.99 price but the other 2 would be at the $2.99 price.

If you havent already, be sure to sign up for newsletters at albertsons.com. They will start sending you coupons in the mail. That is where I got the $6 off coupon as well as the kelloggs mini bites coupon.

There are a few other coupons that are really good.
There are dairy coupons: $1 off 2# of any cheese, $.75 off any gallon of milk & $.75 of any yogurt. You can find them at http://www.grocerysmarts.com/ - group A. Be sure to print them twice. I used the milk coupons today at walmart. The Walmart brand milk was $1.59 and they let me use the coupons so that was a really good deal as well.
If you use yogurt, Albertsons yoplait yogurt is $.50 each. Walmart also has yoplait at $.50 each. I used the $.45 off 6 coupon found at grocery smarts group A.

Beef and chicken are on sale for $1.99/# which isnt that bad of a price.

There is a website that lists all the sale items, prices, coupons (if they are available) and it rates how good the prices are. You can even print the list if you want. You can find the list at: http://www.grocerysmarts.com/utah/lists/indexg84rcm.php?a84lb2.
